I like the style of the jewelry, but I would like to have it in different color. Is it possible ?

Yes, it is. Please, describe in which color you would like to have it, I will make a sample of your future jewelry and if you're happy with it, please make 50% prepayment. As soon as the jewelry is made, I'll send you a picture of it for approval. And as soon as the rest of the payment is made, the item will be send to you.

I would like to order my own design of the jewelry / ceramic or glass painting. Can it be done ?

Please, send me the picture of your design or make a description, I will make a sample (if it is a jewelry) or sketch (if it is painting) and if you`re happy with it, please make 50% prepayment. As soon as the final product is made, I`ll send you a picture of it for approval. And as soon as the rest of the payment is made, the item will be send to you.Please, pay attention that price and time of the orders which are made according to your specifications depend on the complexity of the design.

Can I be sure that the articles are not industrial ?

All the articles are fully handmade / hand painted. You can be 100% sure in that because while ordering your personalized item you will receive pictures of the samples / sketches for approval.

What is the shipping policy ?

The item is sent as soon as the order is agreed and fully payed. Shipping cost within Switzerland - 7 CHF, France - 7 euro, Germany - 9 euro.

We also ship worldwine, shipping price depends on your country.
